The deck on this Hamilton, N.J., home had an old, dirty Plexiglas roof that leaked in spots. The homeowners wanted more protection from the elements. They tried a portable sunroom, but it needed to be taken down at the end of the summer and put up again in the spring.
The owners wanted a permanent structure for picnics and family gatherings, so when they received an ad in the mail for Patio Enclosures of Bensalem, Pa., they called to arrange a free, in-home design consultation. Their consultant, Tom, answered all their questions about financing, the materials being used and the type of work that would be done. He also showed them photos of other structures built by Patio Enclosures.
The owner was happy to hear that the work would be done by hand and no machines would be brought in that might tear up his property.
