“This is our third Project with Patio Enclosures in ~20 years. Although this recent project was delayed about three weeks from the original forecast, it was completed just i time to suit our needs. There were 2 items that were not completed and PE had to return to complete them. One was completed and the 2nd was not. Outside ceiling windows were smeared with silicone caulking compound which could not be removed with ordinary glass cleaners. The operations Manager visited the problem and quickly agreed that the problem could be turned over to my professional window cleaner at PE expense. This was agreeable to me and the cleaner has been contacted. Overall the quality of the project construction was excellent. "My wife and I had a Patio Enclosure room installed back in 2008. Recently we noticed a problem in the corner of our family room which is attached to the enclosure. A drainage problem was identified and I was advised by my contractor to contact your company upon taking the exterior siding off and finding water damage.
