Frame Options Frame Options ExtremeView Frame Our ExtremeView pool enclosure frame is constructed of extruded aluminum for maximum strength, durability and overall performance. Unlike many other pool enclosure manufacturers, our frame system utilizes internal steel plate gussets as well as internal connectors for outstanding strength and a seamless look. Our exclusive ExtremeView beams are engineered for unobstructed views up to 54-feet in width and 12-feet in height, often referred to as a "picture window". If you are seeking the protection of a screen enclosure but don’t want to lose your view, the ExtemeView frame is a perfect solution as it doesn’t require the vertical support posts that the standard pool enclosure frame does. Standard Frame Our standard pool enclosure frame is constructed of extruded aluminum for maximum strength, durability and overall performance. Unlike many other pool enclosure manufacturers, our frame system utilizes internal steel plate gussets as well as internal connectors for outstanding strength and a seamless look. Our standard pool enclosure frame utilizes vertical support posts every few feet depending on your overall configuration and pool cage layout. 2-Story Frame For homes with second-floor balconies overlooking the patio, a 2-story screen enclosure is a great option as it provides screen protection for your entire space! Our 2-story frame is constructed of extruded aluminum for maximum strength, durability and overall performance. Unlike many other screen enclosure manufacturers, our frame system utilizes internal heavy-duty aluminum plate gussets as well as internal connectors for outstanding strength and a seamless look. We can also incorporate our ExtremeView beams for unobstructed views on the first level. Frame Colors Choose from white or bronze All of our screen enclosures come in two neutral frame color finishes to coordinate with your home. Choose from white or bronze. Bronze is the most popular choice as it tends to hide mildew buildup caused by the humid climate of the south.
Roof Options Roof Types Our screened enclosures offer screen roofs in a variety of configurations depending on your layout and space. Our experts will make recommendations for the roof configuration that will work best with your existing space. Mansard Roof Our most popular roof style, a mansard roof provides the most enclosed volume for your space. The mansard roof is characterized by a flat center and slopes on either side. Half-Mansard Roof A half-mansard roof is characterized by a flat center that slopes on one side. For single-story enclosures that attach to a 2-story home, this type of roof configuration is ideal. Gable Roof A gable roof is characterized by two sloping sides that meet at a center point along the center ridge.
Screen Options Screen Types Our screens are individually installed in each bay for maximum performance. This keeps the screen mesh taunt and makes any necessary repairs down the road much easier. Polycore Screen Our polycore screen is the industry’s premier screen material and is standard in our ExtremeView enclosures. The 17x20 screen mesh is comprised of a heavy-duty polyester material that maintains its color, visual appearance and structural integrity much longer than traditional fiberglass products. It’s tough enough to withstand debris, children, animals and the harmful effects of the sun, yet has a thin enough profile to allow light transmittance and maximum airflow. Third-party lab testing has concluded that the polycore screen has the highest burst point than any other product on the market, making it the clear choice for golf course living. Our polycore screen is ortho-phthalate free as well as nonylphenol free. Fiberglass Screen Our fiberglass screen comes standard in our standard pool and screen enclosures. The 18 x 14 screen mesh is comprised of fiberglass mesh and designed for use in large screened-in areas.
Hardware Hardware Fasteners Enclosure fasteners are a key part of your enclosure structure as they keep the framing system anchored together as well as to the patio deck. With Florida’s extreme heat and humidity, selecting quality fasteners is a must, especially if you want to avoid corrosion and unsightly rust, which occurs when dissimilar metals touch. We utilize two exceptional quality fastening systems on our enclosures. NYLO-TEC The best choice in hardware for your enclosure, NYLO-TEC self-drilling screws are made with a strong glass reinforced nylon head. The anticorrosive head provides an attractive finished appearance and resists corrosion. NYLO-TEC fasteners extend the life of the structure in all environments, especially in coastal regions prone to heat and extreme humidity. PRO-TECT The PRO-TECT* Fastener Protection System is designed for a sleeve to repel down to the firm concrete giving rigidity to the aluminum around the fastener reducing the risk of over torque during installation and creating a gully in the aluminum where water will collect. This shaft encases the fastener and protects the fasteners from salt, air and water intrusion reducing the risk of corrosion.
