Three Season Room is the Perfect Outdoor Living Space in Lexington, Kentucky
An old deck on this Lexington, KY, home was unsafe and uninviting. Wanting to incorporate a swim spa and create an indoor/outdoor living space, the homeowners contacted Patio Enclosures of Louisville to design it.
Design Consultant Pat Stoehr met with the couple in their home to discuss their needs. After taking notes and measurements, Pat turned to the in-house engineers at Patio Enclosures to design a three season sunroom and deck to meet the homeowner’s vision.
Working with the manufacturer of the spa, Patio Enclosures designed the perfect climate-controlled sunroom to enclose it. An insulated sliding glass door connects the new three season sunroom to a brand new, custom-designed deck. The bronze color of the enclosure and the single-sloped roof complement the home’s architecture and make the back of the house more aesthetically pleasing.
