Patio Enclosures® Three Season Room Under a Second-Story Addition
Lisa and Gerry of Stormville, N.Y., loved having a pool to enjoy in the warm summer months. However, after having a cantilevered addition built for a new kitchen, the area under it was unfinished and filled with rough stone and broken concrete. It was impossible to walk from the patio doors out to the pool.

Because Patio Enclosures designs and custom makes every sunroom, it was no problem to design an enclosure to fit the space. The owners chose a white, three season, insulated sunroom to keep them comfortable even during spring and fall cool spells. When it is too chilly to swim, Lisa and Gerry still enjoy their outdoor space including a fantastic view of the pool and deck.
Making durability a priority, Patio Enclosures uses only construction-grade aluminum alloys in their sunroom frames and they use more of it, making the frames more than three inches deep. This quality and the unique triple track keep the windows and doors secure and rolling smoothly for years.
Instead of the common synthetic screening used in many sunrooms, Patio Enclosures uses aluminum screening that will stand the test of time without sagging or tearing. Painted black, the screens are virtually invisible and don't interfere with the view. And, speaking of views, the wall-to-wall, edge-to-edge glass allows expansive views so you feel as if you are part of the outdoors while enjoying the comfort of being inside. Even during inclement weather, Patio Enclosures' uniquely-designed interlock and weather-stripping keep the doors and windows airtight.
