Schoharie County Residents Enjoy Nature in Solarium

When the owners designed this Esperance, N.Y., home in the woods, they already had a Patio Enclosures sunroom in mind. French doors were installed in the home as an entry for the soon-to-be, year-round addition they were planned to build, which would allow them to take advantage of the abundant views of nature.
For help with the design and building of the four season room, they contacted Tony, a design consultant at Patio Enclosures of Albany, New York. They had worked with Tony to install a sunroom on their previous home and were pleased with the entire experience.
The homeowners chose a custom-designed solarium so they could take advantage of the serenity and wildlife of the woods surrounding them. Designed with a glass roof ideal for star gazing by night and bird watching by day, the Patio Enclosures solarium provided the couple with spectacular views and ample sunshine for growing plants. The bronze color of the frame and gable roof of the room complemented the existing home. A deck and stairs were added for access from the backyard and to provide more outdoor living space.
The energy-efficient insulated glass and frame provided year-round comfort as well as fabulous views all around.
